Symbolic Forms: Transformation in Space
My artistic practice delves into concepts grounded in nature’s diverse states and the profound psychological implications of inner perception. My focus extends beyond the purely visual to encompass the internal impact of dynamic change, revealing beauty even amidst complexity. The shapes and patterns in my work are inspired by both natural and geometric forms, reinterpreted through the evolving perspectives of humanity across time. This quest seeks to reflect an understanding of nature’s ceaseless motion and its various states of being.
These works act as a mirror, reflecting the viewer’s internal state of transformation, prompting us to comprehend the essence within nature’s shifts. We do not distort or obliterate the core meaning of this transformation; rather, we perceive its uninterrupted continuity in different guises, adhering to the Buddhist principle of “Anicca” (impermanence). Thus, change is not a cessation, but a vibrant, ongoing existence within another state—a true dynamism.
